If two teams acquire the same player
on the same week the team writing the highest value will
obtain the player at one dollar above the next highest
bid. In the case that two teams tie on a free agent bid,
the team with the highest waiver wire ranking gets the
player. The winning team then drops to the bottom of the
waiver wire list. The initial waiver wire order is the
reverse draft order.
